The System7 Company, through the Al-Ameen Human Resources Management product, provides an integrated solution to manage and follow up all personnel affairs in companies and institutions, large and small.
This product will help the management to keep records of the personal and job data of all employees. It will also enable the administration to accurately monitor employees’ working hours, in addition to defining more than one method for calculating employees’ salaries, and obtaining automated processing of income tax or social insurance.

The program is characterized by easy-to-use interfaces designed to be comfortable for long periods of work, in addition to multi-user support and high and accurate levels of validity that allow management to identify the parts and operations that each user can perform.

The program also has many reports in it and attached to a lot of options that allow users to customize these reports to obtain adequate information, with the ability to export reports to excel files or print them.

Users of the program are not required to have knowledge or competence in the field of salaries, self-employment, permanence, human resource management or accounting to be able to work on it.

The program includes a number of cards that will facilitate the archiving operations (defining the company’s departments, the jobs available in it, the employees, ….) in addition to defining a number of salary calculating mechanisms with a simplified treatment of deductions (what is deducted from salaries, compensation and taxes).

This program is flexible in terms of the possibility of entering data manually or automatically by linking it with the attendance and departure recording devices such as the fingerprint device or the barcode verification device through the employee’s card.

The program was designed in C++ language and can work on Windows XP or Win2000 or later up to Windows 7 on 32 or 64-bit systems. The program also works on all types of Windows networks with high efficiency and for an unlimited number of users. In addition to the above, the product is characterized by speed and ease in processing large volumes of data as a result of the program being based on the SQL Server database, which makes it suitable for medium and large companies.
